Tales From Moab

Hello Folks
I have been out pocket for sometime, and while out I did my annual Moab, UT trip. I thought I would post some trail pics.
Great weather, Great friends, Good Food, and kick-ass trails.
Went on: 7 Mile Rim, Metal Masher, Top Of The World, Rose Garden, Hells Revenge, and Elephant Hill (In Canyon Lands).
Enjoy - Hopefully we can have more of us forum members go out next year.

You told.me that was tight. You had lots of spare room lol

Man oh man - once you get further in the squeeze you have about 1”-2” to spare, that’s it. It’s only fender flares that you can ruin, but my spotter did a fine job of keeping my 2 month old JL still looking new :thumb:

Those boyz that are running dynatrac wider axles and 40”s probably just climb the walls, and never have their tires on the ground - haaa.

LOL!! I'll have to see if I can find a pic of me going through that squeeze back when we were running ProRocks and 40x15.50's. Back then, we measured 88" wide

So your saying I have a chance of making it lol...

You have to pull in your driver side mirror and ride the wall on the passenger side and it'll still be close but... it can be done

All of these pics are making me regret not getting a Rubicon! Oh well I guess there’s always next time. Could a Sahara make it down some of those trails?

Oh yeah, a Sahara could run Elephant Hill without any problems.

I knew if anyone had a way of getting it through it would be Eddie! Nice job.
The scenery on Elephant Hill is phenomenal. I always wanted to get out there but it didn't come together - I'm really happy I experienced that.
